JulTravel to Europe. If you are a US or Canadian citizen, you need only a valid passport, no visa is necessary. You can obtain a visa at your local post office, county courthouse, or passport agency. As requirements change frequently, check beforehand what you must bring. The list usually includes your original birth certificate (registrar’s signature and a raised seal); two 2 x 2 recent photographs with full face view, and an official ID. (If you are not a US or Canadian citizen, check the visa requirements for each country. You are expected to obtain these on your own).If you are under 18 years of age, you‚’ll require a NOTARIZED letter of consent from the parent(s) not traveling with you. If you are NOT a U.S. or Canadian citizen, you may need additional visas which you must OBTAIN ON YOUR OWN.
None are required at present, but always get a checkup and ask your family doctor prior to traveling.
Yes. So we can fit everything on the motorcoach, each participant can bring one suitcase (no larger than 29 x 20 x 10) and one carry-on (no larger than 8 x 16 x 21). You will be responsible for you own luggage, so be sure you can carry it on your own. You’ll be able to find laundromats in bigger cities. When packing, remember NOT to pack your passport. Rather, keep it on your person (along with travelers’ checks, cash, credit cards and personal checks). DO pack copies of all important documents and credit and ATM cards, and two extra passport photos. This will all be useful in case anything is lost during the trip.
Three words: Less is more. Plus, you’ll have room for all of the great souvenirs you want to bring home.

Inform us as soon as possible. The tour includes continental breakfast daily, lunches & dinner as per itinerary. Substitute meals cannot be guaranteed, but can be requested and many restaurants are quite flexible in this regard.
Different people need different amounts, but we recommend $50-80 per day. You will need this for free time activities, some meals, free time transport, etc. We suggest that you bring both a credit card and an ATM that is usable in Europe (ask your bank). ATM machines are ubiquitous and are much easier to use than travelers checks. We will help you exchange currency if necessary, but ATMs are really the best first line plan for getting cash.
Your tour escort will aid you in locating currency exchange stations, and can also advise you of how much money to change. Keep in mind that you can exchange only bills, not coins. Most European countries use Euros, some exceptions are countries like Great Britain and Switzerland. Again, ATMs are the best way to exchange your money.
Standard service charges of 15-20% are paid for by CHECK: EUROPE; in restaurants on your own, tip approximately 10% UNLESS the service is included on the bill. It is customary to recognize the tour escort and bus driver with $3-5 gratuity per day. Your tour escort and bus driver work very hard to make your tour very memorable and best time of your life!
We highly recommend travel insurance. .If you want CHECK: EUROPE will offer our group travel insurance to you.
